A pre-order is when you can buy something before it’s ready to ship. The product will officially launch on a set date, but pre-ordering lets you snag it early. It’s our way of cutting down the wait time between you spotting something you love and it showing up at your door.

Products that are available for pre-order will usually take 1-3 weeks to ship to you. We always work to reduce this to the smallest amount of time we can. If there is any reason to take more than 3 weeks we will contact you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Instead, we recommend returning the incorrect item for either a store credit (issued as a gift voucher for your next By J) or a full refund, and then placing a new order for the correct item.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item by the time your return is received and processed. To avoid missing out, we strongly suggest checking our website for stock availability and purchasing the new item before returning the unwanted one.

Orders placed during the pre-order period can be changed or canceled. However, once the pre-order period has ended, changes or cancellations for the item will no longer be possible.
