Shipping

If your item is a pre-order, it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. The estimated dispatch time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks after the order closes.

Additionally, if your order includes other ready-to-ship items, they will be held until the pre-order item is available.

Delivery

When orders have been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know its on it’s way to you. This email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow your order’s journey!

If the address was entered incorrectly or if the package was lost after being delivered to your doorstep, BY J is not responsible for any loss or misdelivery.
