Returns & Refund


All return and exchanges shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item/s is deemed to be faulty by the BY J team.  

Please email sales@aubyj.com.au with your order number and reason for the return to facilitate your return.  

All returns must be made within 7 days of the order delivery date, unless otherwise specified by one of the BY J customer service team members.  

Returns will take approximately 5-7 business days to process once the item/s has been received by the returns team at the BY J warehouse.

Exchange 


Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Instead, we recommend returning the incorrect item for either a store credit (issued as a gift voucher for your next By J) or a full refund, and then placing a new order for the correct item.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item by the time your return is received and processed. To avoid missing out, we strongly suggest checking our website for stock availability and purchasing the new item before returning the unwanted one.
